NO set up on Friday Sept 11, due to Kid’s Day program. ________________________________________________________________ HOURS OF OPERATION: Friday Sept 11 open 6:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. Sat., Sept 12, 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Sun. Sept. 12 5:00 pm – 10:00 p.m. Monday September 13 thru Thursday Sept 17, 6:00 pm -10:30 p.m. Friday Sept 18 6:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Saturday Sept 19 9:00 a.m –11:30 NOTE: Times are subject to change based on activities and entertainment VENDOR GATES OPEN two hours prior to Hours of Operation. VENDOR GATES CLOSE at 5:30 p.m. weekdays and 12:00 noon on Saturdays and Sunday. ****If you are not in the gated area by that time, you will need to park elsewhere.*** ICE: Ice will be available for your use, 20# bags as well as a smaller size. Please see one of the staff for access to the ice. Ice will need to be paid for before leaving on the 19th. ___________________________________________________________________ IMPERATIVE: You must have your food permit from Habersham County a minimum of two weeks prior to opening day. This is your responsibility, NOT OURS, and they will not change the rules for you or us. Without the permit, within their time frame, we will not be allowed to have you as a food vendor for the fair. Space Fee: $150.00 payable in advance.
